> When and where?
On May 9th, 2018 at 9:00 in Osborne Clarke's premises in London
Sedlo Law Firm, Osborne Clarke UK, European Fund Administration (EFA), ATOZ Tax Advisers and Nomura Luxembourg will be joining forces for a morning session exploring key aspects of Luxembourg AIFs and focussing on the practical issues that UK asset managers, lawyers, GPs and LPs need to understand if establishing or investing in a Luxembourg AIF.
Together, we will present an overview of Luxembourg AIFs and the role parties involved play in all aspects of Luxembourg AIFs. We will also offer practical insights on the structuring and the creation of Luxembourg AIFs and different aspects of how they work.
The speakers include Luxembourg lawyers, fund administrators, fund depository representatives and alternative investment fund managers (AIFMs). Osborne Clarke UK will highlight the regulatory and tax provisions that need to be taken into account by UK managers using Luxembourg funds and by UK investors when investing into Luxembourg funds.
The conference will be followed by lunch and the speakers will be available for questions and one to one discussion.
We hope that you can join us.
