Sedlo | Law Firm acts on Luxembourg football fund investing into German and other European professio
SEDLO LAW FIRM has advised QUATTREX-SPORTS AG on the setting-up of a Luxembourg regulated specialized investment fund (SIF) investing into German Bundesliga clubs and other European football clubs.
Quattrex-Sports AG is a major German sport-management company that has been active for years in providing advice and financing to German professional football clubs.
