Junior Associate ▪︎ Financial Law

Sedlo Law Firm is a Luxembourg law firm renowned for its strong expertise in the fields of Luxembourg financial law and especially as regards transactions related to investment funds, structured finance, capital markets and corporate finance.

 

We act for leading institutional clients, major corporate groups, asset managers, funds, ultra-high-net-worth individuals in complex cross-border transactions requiring comprehensive and sophisticated advice on various aspects of Luxembourg financial law.

 

 

Your mission :

 

As a member of our team, you will work on a wide-range of legal services, advising our clients on :

​

  • Investments Funds

  • Lending

  • Leveraged and acquisition finance (acting both for lenders and borrowers)

  • Structured finance

  • Securitisation

  • Capital markets

  • Regulatory matters

​

Skills and qualifications :

​

  • You have 0-2 years experience in the Financial Law area

  • You have an outstanding academic degree in law. A specialised Master's degree (LL.M) would be an asset

  • You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar

  • You are fluent in English. Proficiency in French is a must and any additional language skills (particularly in German) would be considered as an asset

  • Outstanding commitment and communication skills are required qualities to progress in a stimulating environment
